The Senior Manager - Sales & Distribution will work collaboratively to strengthen company's brand image and customer advocacy, promote culture within the organisation, ensure transparency and promote good governance. Develop talents and strengthen staff capability; ensure all staff receives appropriate training. Other than that: Ensuring target achievement Sales & Distribution periodicallyDevelop business and sales plans and carry out formal monthly reviewsDefine and execute Sales & Distribution strategies to develop and protect the market positionInitiate, gather data, interpret and make recommendations in order to deliver growth in line with the corporate planSecure continued growth through a combination of managing existing and securing additional accounts/channelsIdentify and implement creative/alternative channels where opportunity existsMonitor and develop a strategic plan on industry developments and competitor activity in the territory to identify further commercial opportunitiesMaintain an understanding of governmental and regulatory issues that can impact the business in the territoryMonitor and develop strategy plan on industry developments and competitor activity in the territory to identify further commercial opportunitiesMaintain relation with all Travel Agent, Tourism Board, and other business partnerDevelop annual plans and budget developments for sub-department to align with department-wide's strategy including ensuring budget adherence to the approved budgetLead SOPs development and amendment to ensure all SOPs align with business objectives and regulatory requirementsTrack operating progress and result against annual plan and KPIs to ensure targets are met; develop action plans as neededLead the identification of innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
